Exchanges and returns policy

At Ever Nest, we are happy to offer you an exchange for change of mind on most merchandise within 14 days of purchase (exchange is subject to availability), however we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.

 

Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately we are unable to exchange earrings, piercing jewelry, hair accessories, bedding for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Items must be in original condition and packaging (unworn, unused and unwashed with all tags intact).

Items must be shipped to us within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received, and include original invoice. We are unable to offer an exchange if items have been opened or used.

Please note that change of mind returns via post are at the customer's cost. We highly recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

For change of mind returns, original delivery costs are non-refundable.

For the exchange of any items purchased during a promotion, all FREE items must be returned with proof of purchase.

Ever Nest reserves the right to decline an exchange if the item is not returned in the original condition.  

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however on a rare occasion a manufacturing fault may occur. In this instance, Ever Nest will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or a full refund including postage charges here:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality;
  • The product is misplaced, incorrect or missing;
  • The product is not fit for its purpose;
  • The product does not match our description.

Please contact us as soon as possible when you discover a fault, uploading clear images of the damaged/faulty/incorrect item(s) and advising the order number, the item's name and quantity, and a description of the fault. Our customer service team will review your refund application. Please allow 2 business days for a response from our customer service team confirming your refund and/or next steps.

We may return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Ever Nest reserves the right not to offer a refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

We will arrange return postage on your behalf free of charge or refund postage costs to you. Once we have received the return, you'll be refunded. 

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method/card used for the original purchase. Please allow a few days for refunds to be processed. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

 

Please kindly note, once an order and payment has been processed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
